We understand our obligations as a merchant in the UK and comply with 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000' Regulations. Provided you keep goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 21 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact DB Orthodontics within 28 days and will be entitled to replacement or a full refund.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. VAT at the current rate will be added to all invoices.
