Sickle Scalers

Ixion Sickle Scalers are designed with a triangular profile and a pointed tip. Scalers have two cutting edges which run perpendicular from the shank, and are used for supra-gingival scaling.  All Ixion Sickle Scalers come with anatomically colour coded handles for ease of identification.

The Ixion range of periodontal instruments have several key features including ergonomic, lightweight handles, which are easy to grip and can easily be identified using the colour coding system. Ixion resin instruments are fully autoclavable up to 134ºC for total hygiene within the surgery.
